This Vendor Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how ThreeLeaf Learning Center (“ThreeLeaf”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal data of individuals or businesses (“Vendor”, “you”) who register as vendors on our marketplace platform.

We are committed to handling your personal and business information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.


2. What Personal Data We Collect from Vendors

We collect and store the following types of personal and business data during vendor registration, onboarding, and usage of our platform:

  • Personal identification details: Name, NRIC (if applicable), phone number, email address

  • Business information: Business name, registration number (ACRA/UEN), business address

  • Banking and payment information: For payout processing

  • Product listing and fulfillment history

  • Vendor account activity: Login history, updates, and support requests

  • Communications: Emails or messages exchanged with our team or customers through the platform

We use vendor data for the following purposes:

  • To verify your identity and eligibility as a vendor

4. Disclosure of Vendor Data

  • Buyers: For order fulfillment purposes (e.g., seller name, shipping information)

We do not sell vendor data to any third party.


5. Vendor Responsibilities with Buyer Data

When you receive buyer information through an order, you must:

  • Only use buyer data for fulfilling that order

  • Not use buyer data for marketing, remarketing, or communication outside the order context

  • Not store or forward buyer data to third parties without consent

  • Delete buyer information after the transaction or within a reasonable timeframe

  • Comply with Singapore PDPA and platform rules

Misuse of customer data will result in vendor suspension or termination, and may lead to legal consequences.


6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect vendor and customer data. Vendors are also responsible for safeguarding their passwords, access credentials, and any sensitive data shared through the platform.


7. Data Retention

Vendor data is retained as long as the account remains active or as required for compliance, tax, or regulatory reasons. Upon account termination, personal data will be archived or deleted in accordance with applicable law.

9. Withdrawal of Consent / Account Termination

Vendors may request data deletion or account termination at any time. However, certain records may be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction history, tax compliance).


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Vendor Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://threeleaflearningcenter.com. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.


11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
